Certify in your organisation's name

A name on a seal is only worth something if it was checked. A personal account can print only its own name, marked as personal. To seal documents in a company's or institution's name, the organisation is verified by Ethoryx first. Its name is then protected: nobody else can seal with it, or with a name that looks like it.

1. Apply with your papersRegistration certificate, licence and TIN, plus a letter on letterhead, signed and stamped by a director, saying you may certify for the organisation.
2. Ethoryx checksWe confirm the registration with the trade registry and call the organisation's official phone number, not one typed in the form.
3. Seal in its nameYour seals turn blue and read "Issued by … · verified organisation". You choose who in your team may certify, and every certificate shows in your log.

They open one link and see the file, already checked.

Send by email from Ethoryx, or copy the link and share it from your phone. The link opens the sealed file straight from the registry, so it cannot be swapped on the way.
